    10:45 AM - 12:15 PM | Grade 10 Boys
    12: 30 PM - 2:00 PM | Grade 11 Boys
    2:15 PM - 3:45 PM | Grade 12 Boys

    • 1 on 1 offensive & defensive principals
    • Shooting off the dribble & creating your own shot
    • Increase 5-on-5 confidence
    • Exhibition games
  • March 30 | Tournament

    • One-day, single-elimination tournament on Saturday will have refs + scorekeepers
    • Test yourself. For the first time in your basketball career, you are playing for yourself.
    • Winner receives a championship belt.¬†

This will be a competitive environment, please do not register if you don't want to compete 

RULES

BEGINNING OF THE GAME

BOTH PLAYERS SHALL WARM-UP SIMULTANEOUSLY PRIOR TO THE GAME.

AWAY PLAYER ON THE SCOREBOARD WILL SHOOT FOR START TO DETERMINE WHO GETS THE FIRST POSSESSION.

SCORING

Inside the arc shot: 1 point
Outside the arc shot: 2 points
Free throw: 1 point

PLAYING TIME/WINNER

Regular time: 1 period of 8 minutes (stopped during dead balls and free throws).
First to score 11 points and lead by 2 wins.
If tied, overtime: 1st to 3 points wins.
Player loses by forfeit or default for absence, leaving the court, or disqualification.

FOULS/FREE THROWS

3 fouls = 1 free throw | no fouling out.

THE GAME

After successful shot/last free throw:
Defensive to offensive, dribble from under basket to behind arc.
Defensive can't play ball in no-charge semi-circle.
After unsuccessful shot/last free throw:
Offensive rebound keeps attacking, defensive must return ball behind arc by dribbling.
Defensive steal/block: must return ball behind arc by dribbling.
Dead ball situation starts with a check-ball.

SHOT CLOCK

Attempt field goal within 10 seconds of offensive control.
No dribbling inside arc with back/side to basket for >3 seconds after ball cleared.

TIME-OUTS

1 timeout/player/game.
Request during dead ball before check-ball or free throw.
